Floor Screeding Options to Suit Your Timeframe
How quickly do you need to use your floor once the floor screeding has been completed? Most standard screeds (based on a typical 75mm depth) can take as long as 110 days to dry – far too long for most homeowners looking to complete their home improvement projects without too much delay.
But you don’t have to wait ages with HomeScreed®. You see, we use accelerated floor screeds, which dramatically reduces the time it takes for your floor screeding to be dry enough for the installation of floor finishes such as tiles, carpets or wooden flooring.
HomeScreed® offers a range of screeding options to suit your timeframe and all can be walked on within 24 to 48 hours.
How to Choose Your Underfloor Heating
There are essentially two different underfloor heating systems. The On-Screed System is a mat for retrofitting and can save you costs and major disruptions. The In-Screed system is ideal for when you are having building works that require a new floor.
Custom underfloor heating, electric or water, encapsulated within your floor screed.
Pre-made electric matting system applied to the existing floor for a speedy instalment and encapsulated within a thin levelling compound.
